Jira comments not getting updated/synced with Freshdesk

Hello team,

Im facing an issue where if the existing Jira comments are modified/deleted it is not getting synced with freshdesk. As well as the attachments are not showing the Freshdesk.

@nelson hey, did you resolve your issue? As Jack mentioned, perhaps the syncing is not done the right way and you need to reach out to Freshdesk. Hope they've helped you.

If, at some time in the future, need to connect Jira and Freshdesk again & you're open to using 3rd party tools - feel free to check out ZigiOps.

Hi Nelson, what are you using to sync jura an freshdesk? If you're using an add-on I might suggest that you reach out to their support. You can find this by going to the apps and manage apps find the add-on and expanded. They're generally is a link to support. Otherwise you can go to the marketplace and find support that way.

Hello Jack,  IM using Atlassian plus application available within the Freshdesk marketplace. https://www.freshworks.com/apps/freshdesk/atlassian_jira_plus

Is this something to deal with Freshdesk ?

I'm not familiar with this TBH. It indicates published by Freshworks so I would start with them.
