Im getting questions from my clients on why I am commenting on so many jira tickets. Though am not commenting also it's showing my name instead of "Pranitha.g@gmail.com" this user.
For instance. When "Pranitha.g@gmail.com" replies to a Specific status related or ticket, it shows as "Roja" commented.
Can someone explain please why this is happening? Your quick help would be appreciated here.
