Jira could not get all issue after upgrade to 8.1

Hi,

I upgrade my jira software from 6.1.2 to 7.0. There is no database problem. After that, I upgrade to 7.13. I get an error about jdbc connection url and sql driver. I fixed it. After that I upgrade to 8.1. I cold not see all issue on Jira software. Only new created issues are coming.

How can I fix this problem and get all issue ticket?

Hi Edwin,

I can not select Background re-index option. I take all backup before upgrade 6.1.12, 7.0, 7.13 version. Is it useful for me? Can I found the index file of old version jira?

Can I use entities.xml file? I receive it before 6.1.12 upgrade to 7.0

Unfortunately no. You'll have to perform a locked reindex.

Locked reindexes are the recommended option after an upgrade.

Shoul I Lock Jira and rebuild index option? 

It can solve my index problem, can't it?

I have another problem in JiraDashboard screen. You can see below. We are renewing out licence today or tomorrow. This case is about liccence expired?

It might be, you should take a look to see if there is a more detailed error message in the log file.
