Jira does not allow to view workflow

Jira does not allow to view the workflow and change the status of the task. The workflow itself is finely tuned.

The screen is from the issue view, or from the admin section.
It Looks like the issue view screen.

If it is from the issue view, you may see Nothing because it is empty (not configured) in the admin section

Yes, I have been tested on firefox and google chrome browsers.
