Jira export to excel credential issue

Hi,

I've created an excel which is connected to Jira using the function Data from web where i connect to a filter.
I've added my credentials in the basic authentication and it works fine.

So I put the excel on our team drive. When a colleague opens the excel and press the refresh button, he is asked to enter his credentials. And there he always got the error "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again".

I'm a project admin and the colleague is contributor.

The filter is shared with the whole team with edit permissions.

If he runs the URL directly in his browser he got the csv download. So I know my colleague has access to the filter.

Cannot find the problem here.
