Jira import from csv issue

Hi,

I am trying to import a CSV to Jira, however, after the “Map Fields” step, it takes me back to “Import data into Jira” step. From this point, I can't do anything and then must restart the process of importing the CSV. When I try again, it takes me in this loop again. Has anyone else experienced this? Any fix for this?

Hello, Good day. Are you getting any error message in the web browser? Also have tried from different web browser?
