Jira import sents Email invites?

Hi,
We have done an export of the JIRA Cloud instance using 'backup and restore' and will be importing this into another site or different organization.
WIth the backup restore/import cloud (not using JCMA) - users will be created in the destination organization - WE DON'T WANT TO HAVE A EMAIL TRIGGERED FOR THE USERS IMPORTED INTO NEW ORGANIZATION DURING THE IMPORT.
How will that go?

As far as I know, it doesn't send an email to users.

In fact, there's a feature request to allow an email to be sent - see: ID-6780 - suggesting it doesn't happen by default.

So, importing into another org for the data (without JCMA) doesn't trigger invitation?
