Jira insight can count used ammount money?

Hi

I create in Jira Insight Agreement and Product license schema. Is it possible that when we make Framework contract with some Atlassian official partner to 3 years. Every year we buy license maintaince. Is it possible that every year when we buy renew maintance license  insight can show much much money we have allready used under Framework contract. Like we make Contract about 100000 eur and when we buy new license then it takes used ammount money off rom contract.
