Jira invitation email not arriving

I'm having several problems with this Jira, it doesn't appear in my signatures, I can't add new users because the email doesn't arrive, in the boards I have users already added, but when I go to the team they are not there... it's strange.

If I understand the problem here, some users you have invited to the site are not receiving these invites.  If that is the case, you might be able to correct this by using the Admin email audit feature.  Although that feature does require you to be an admin of the site.  And it looks like this account isn't an admin on that site.

I noticed that your site appears to have two users with the same name, but different email addresses.  This might be why when you are logged in, some things appear differently to you.  You might try to log out and then log back in with the other credentials to see if that helps.

If you still have users that are not receiving email notifications, please let me know either the email address or the Atlassian Account Id of those users and I can investigate further.

• What do you mean with "It doesn't appear in my signatures" ?
• How do you create new users?
• Did you add the users to the teams manually?
