Jira is Really Slow for my Team, is this a known issue? do you have any suggestions?
We're on cloud and all users are experiencing this.

Hey Summer,
Our team has run into similar issues. We reached out to Atlassian Support and they helped identify that our HEAP memory was running low and a number of API calls that were causing the slow down. They upgraded our HEAP memory and we tracked the API calls to ScriptRunner (which has since been disabled) and that seems to have resolved our issues.
