Jira is completely inaccessible for admins and AD users

"We have 3 environments Dev/QA/Prod for Jira. Since 1/6/2022, we found both Dev and QA instances completely inaccessible for admins and AD users. Logs indicate multiple cache replication errors and heartbeat failed events. Please review the attached logs we manually pulled from the EC2 instances for your review and assistance"

Calm down!!

Logs indicate the cause and why you are not able to access the instance, monitor for a clue in logs to troubleshoot the same!!

Yes we found the issue... The dev crowd point to prod Jira crow and we have update the dev jira with dev crowd link and the issue was resolved and thanks for time.
