Jira is not converting the Rich Text HTML Value properly.

Hi Team,
We are passing some details from AHA to JIRA and we are observing a rendering issue in Jira for Rich Text field Type.
In Aha, UI looks like - refer Image 2
Whereas in Jira the same field value, in UI looks like - Image 3
Jira is not converting the Rich Text HTML Value properly. Please provide some resolution or workaround to fix this Bug.
How can we convert HTML to WikiMark Up ?
If we parse HTML will Jira be able to convert as a WikiMark up ?
