Jira is running slow.

Hi All,

Our Jira software v7.11 is running slow and i found these lines when checked in my catalina.out file. Can anyone help me to find out what was the cause for this latency? Is the following lines help in finding the root cause?

This warning in catalina is due an issue that have been fixed in newer versions of JIRA  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-59898

This shouldn't be the reason of the slow performance, you can also look in ${JIRA_HOME}/log/atlassian-jira.log for more logs; 

I would recommend you to contact Atlassian support if your instance is valid, they can give a look in your supported zip and provide you a better guidance.
