Jira is taking a Long time to add Attachments to 1 project

We have multiple projects but only one is giving us a problem. Basically if there is a pdf attachment it will take several minutes between creating the e-mail to adding the attachment. Other projects appear to be working just fine without an issue. 

We are using JETI to manage the e-mails but again the only difference here is the mailbox it's pulling from which makes no sense. The files sizes are less then 1 mb

Solution:

After being able to work on this after hours we concluded it was an issue with the mailbox. After making a new mailbox and configuring it the same way E-mail worked properly. We ended up moving the e-mail address over to the new mailbox and everything is working fine again
