Hi There,
We have been using Jira Issue collector in our web site for the user to report an issue. but it's been a week when it stopped working and throwing error with generic message.
Can someone please suggest what has changed and what do we need to do in order to fix this issue?
Thanks,
Neha
Thanks Pramodh and Rilwan. I checked the console log and jira api response. Looks like it is returning 'Sorry, you can't create any issues right now, as you need to have access to a Jira application to be able to create issues. To gain application access you need to be a member of a group assigned to an application.' error.
But I'm the owner of the Jira project, not sure why I'm receiving this error while creating the issue using 'issue collector'.
Open the config and see what is mentioned in "Issue reporter"

Hi @Neha Thapak ,
Welcome to the community !!
What is the error displayed ?
As @Pramodh M suggested, check the fields required in jira project and the setup in Issue collector.
Check if the Issue reporter has the permissions to create ticket
Meantime, go through below link to troubleshoot the issue collector common issues.

Any of the field might be made required in the project and for that issue type.
Worth checking the configuration once and for the required fields during the issue creation.
While the above might be one of the reason, I would recommend go through the entire configuration related to issue type, reporter, the template and test it
Thanks
