Jira issue creation is not respecting the default Tempo account saved

Suddenly when we create issues in projects (that have default tempo accounts saved), the issues are being assigned the wrong account.

In fact, they always get one from one of our other projects. The same one, no matter what project we are in.

For other folks. Tempo did an account resync and all is well.
