I've tested this on different devices, browsers and networks. It has only been happening today. I open a ticket and start to make a comment, edit etc. Sometimes I can start typing, other times I can't. Then i can't click my curser in any text boxes and no buttons work. Refreshing does nothing.

I just checked https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/ and nothing reported there. Could you please check your network provider if there is any issue ?
Thanks so much for your feedback. I've created a screen recording, and I'm absolutely confident this isn't a network issue. Buttons and drop downs work. I can edit past comments, but I cannot save a new comment. The text box opens and allows me to enter a few chars, and then goes rogue and won't show my curser or allow me to save or cancel out. I'm not familiar with ticket logging with Atlassian. Is there somewhere I can share my screen recording outside of a forum?
