You will need a third party add-on to be able to do that. Take a look out on the Atlassian Markeplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220666/jira-cloud-for-outlook-official?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
This is a free one and the one I use, but there are paid ones as well.
