Jira issues not loading in one of our agile board

One of our pages appears to have a defect/bug and we can not load it. Can any one guide me how to solve this? And navigate the steps to resolve it?

Open the issue in plain JIRA (not agile) and scan it to see what might be going wrong.  Read the log file to see what is going wrong in Agile as well.
