Hi @Tizi I've seen this occasionally as well. I haven't narrowed down a workflow, so I hadn't created a Support ticket w/ Atlassian yet. If you have a way that you can recreated this behavior, I would say enter a ticket with Atlassian Support and see what they say. If I can recreate it at will, I will do the same.
I took a quick look Atlassian's Jira page and didn't see anything, but I probably missed it as this could be described with different keywords.
