Jira mention alarm is not working

My teammates sometimes mention me in comments by @, and I have been receiving those comments by alarms without any problem.

But for no reason, I haven't been receiving those alarms for few weeks now. Any other alarms work pretty fine, like if someone add reaction to my comments, I do get alarm for it. 

I looked at my alarm settings, and there seems to be no setting option for that. 

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

First, you need to make sure that this user has the browse users and groups global permission and that they are in the project role that amplifies with the permissions.
