Jira migration 6 to 7

I'm trying to migrate the Jira instance from Linux ServerA to ServerB and simultaneously upgrade the Jira to the latest version in ServerB. I have copied the attachments,avatar and XML backup to the new ServerB. did I miss any other important directory to be copied from ServerA to ServerB. please help
