Jira migration took 24 hrs from on-prem to jira cloud using JCMA for 83 gb data, what should be the possible reasons?

This can be due to a mixture of reasons

Size of each project being migrated (how many issues)
How much attachment the projects have?
Your network upload speed
System specification (JCMA is system intensive so without sufficient resources, it could take a while).
How many users and groups are being migrated
