Is it possible to indicate when the rollout of Jira new navigation will start?
Is it a phased roll-out or is this a global event?

based on the following article https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/what-is-the-new-navigation-in-jira/ it seems that the rollout will be put in place in waves from march 2025.
You can also require the new navigation here (sign up for the new navigation )
