Jira now requires multiple mouse clicks to open an issue on our Kanban board

Starting sometime last week, Jira began requiring multiple mouse clicks in order to open cards on our Kanban board.  I believe this is also true of smart links and other types of links, but not 100% sure about all the various links within Jira.

Given how pervasive this is, it almost feels like something intentional; I hope this is not the case.

Multiple users have reported this same behavior.  I'm seeing some inconsistent behavior; most of the time - but not 100% of the time - Jira requires two or more clicks.  I don't know if this is related to this error just reported:

Thanks Randy for sharing. I'll keep an eye out on this. So far, I encounter this issue. I also, checked the Jira operational status, it seem okay so far. I'm also using the latest chrome browser to access Jira Kanban board.

I should have provided browser information above.  The behaviors we're witnessing are on the latest version of Chrome.  I'll keep an eye on this and will report any changes of behavior.

Just verified this behavior is still reproducible.
