Our company has implemented Jira Standard version with 57 licenses.  Many of us are finding overall usage to be very cumbersome.   I suspect this is due to our lack of knowledge and or configuration.  Is there anyone (Atlassian Rep, SME, Consultant or other) we can reach out to help qualify our configuration and or usage.  We have considered upgrading, however I'm not sure this is the solution without knowing how effectively we are currently using what we have.

Hello @Don Hopkins

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You may want to consider engaging an Atlassian Solution Partner to help you with your journey to maximizing your efficiency in use Jira Cloud. You can work with the partner to determine the services they provide that will help you the most; analyzing your business process and current configuration, recommending changes, implementing changes, training, and how to continue to monitor the effectiveness of your usage.

Partners bring to the table years of experience in these areas with a wide variety of businesses, and can leverage that diverse knowledge to help you.

You can find solution partners in the Atlassian Partner Directory.

Disclosure: I work for Praecipio, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. We would be happy to help you. Please feel free to contact us if we support the region in which you are located.

Hi Don,

Basically each user that work in Jira Software require a license.

You can find their last login date from: User Management-> column Last Active.

For a better management of the license you can remove the user that have Last Active > 30d.

Hope this helps.
