Jira performance issue

Good evening!
We have our Jira Data Center 9.0.0

We haven't had this problem before but lately it takes a long time to load Jira sometimes it shows a 500 error an we have to restart Jira. Checking the use of CPU and Memory is somewhat high, any configuration that you recommend please?

The HTTP 500 error indicates an internal server error on the server. To get a better understanding of the error, you should check the atlassian-jira.log file.
