Jira plugin license in database

I know that the license is saved in proertytext table and can be queried by

SELECT * FROM public.propertyentry pe JOIN public.propertytext pt on pe.id=pt.id
WHERE pe.property_key like 'com.atlassian.upm.license%';

But how do I know which license is for which plugin (not by comparing by eyes in jira)

Only way is checking through ui ? 

or you need to use UPM Api
