Jira plugin skeleton issue

Hi am new to plugin development and now m finiding difficult to create the skeleton of the plugin, i have reffered the documents of Atlassian also to create it but can do it properly can anyone guide me to create it and it will be very helpfull for me.

After installing the latest Atlassian Plugin SDK, you can run atlas-create-jira-plugin to create a skeleton plugin for JIRA which can then open in IDE.
