Jira portal is very slow to open a form

Hi the community,

I have a big problem with Jira Service Management to open a form.

It's very slow

It takes 10/15 sec to display the screen with only 5 fields for encode the informations.

Do you have any ideas to improve the speed to open it instantly?

Hi @Cédric Jaduta,

For performance issues like this, I recommend reaching out directly to the Atlassian support team: support.atlassian.com 

They will most likely ask whether the issue affects all users, across different browsers, and if it’s limited to a specific form.

I hope they can help you resolve this quickly!

@Cédric Jaduta you can also check out Atlassian's Status Page and see if there are some system wide issues going on.  I know there were some issues late last week.
