Jira portfolio error

Hi all,

We have just started testing jira portfolio and the error of the image attached appeared today.

Does anyone know what is this?

Hi Iro,

Portfolio generally works with next-gen projects and behaves mostly the same way as with classic projects, but it does not share the same hierarchy configuration. Next-gen epics needs to be manually added as epics to the portfolio hierarchy setup https://<your-instance>.atlassian.net/secure/PortfolioHierarchy.jspa, hence you will need to go to your Portfolio's hierarchy configuration and map all Epic issue types to the Epic level in Portfolio.

Hi Kelly,

As far as I can understand the error was appeared when I mapped story issue type with initiative.
When I removed stories, error was gone.
