Jira qc integration using hp synchronizer

Hi,

We are using a third party hosted JIRA instance ie in different network.We have HP alm /qc in our corporate network.We want to integrate JIRA with qc.

1.we are trying to use hp synchronizer for that

2.but we are facing issues with network/proxy

have anyone tried like this to integrate before?Is there any other way to do this?

Take a look at ConnectAll as well, if you want to try a different path. Lot of our customers uses it for JIRA-QC integration.

You will have to overcome that by working with your local infra team and configure some firewall configurations to let these applications talk to each other.
