Jira query to display resolved ticket that has all sub-tasks on closed status

Hi,

May I know the query to display all the tickets that are in Resolved status while all its sub-tasks are on Closed status. In addition to that it, should be specific to priority(e.g. Incident-1).

You cannot do it out of the box. JQL Tricks plugin, a commercial plugin, has the parent/subtask methods to support these kind of queries.
