Jira redirects to many times

Hi, I am trying to access a Jira board and see the tickets, but when I try to click on a ticket, it is loading and then says that

This page isn’t working

 redirected you too many times.

 

What can I do?

Have you cleared your browser cache? Worked for me when I had that specific issue.
