Jira restore fails with any backup file

Hi,

I used to restore Jira a few times successfully but I failed recently with below error.
I can't restore any backup file since then.

Error importing data: com.atlassian.activeobjects.spi.ActiveObjectsImportExportException: There was an error during import/export with <unknown plugin>:Error executing update for SQL statement 'ALTER TABLE PUBLIC.AO_5FB9D7_AOHIP_CHAT_USER DROP CONSTRAINT fk_ao_5fb9d7_aohip_chat_user_hip_chat_link_id'

So far, Jira is working fine, but I need to restore Jira anyway for some reasons.
How can I restore Jira again?

1. Are you restoring/migrating in a different database?
2. Can you check for database configurations to ensure it has correct collations, etc. Ensure all database configurations are in-place before starting the import process.

The same database - h2.

But I have recovered it already by creating Jira instance from scratch and restore.
