Jira server cpu usage at 100%

Hi team. We are using the JiraServer version yet and we don't use confluence. There are days when the user reports slowness in the services and when checking through the console the CPU usage is 100% or more. How can I know exactly which service is consuming so much cpu? How can I verify the performance of the JIRA database? Thanks for the support you can give me.
