Hello JIRA,
Where can I configure our account settings so that when issues are updated in any way (via status changes or comments are left), the changes are updated through our Freshdesk integration? I was instructed by Freshdesk to set this up in JIRA but cannot find the place to do so. See screenshot.

Hello - please disregard this request. I figured it out. The change needs to take place in Freshdesk.
