How do I keep a column of additional notes when renewing the sheet to pull through new tickets.

If a tickets is complete/new ticket is created i refresh the sheet to pull through/remove as needed however, any noes on current tickets outstanding is moved around how do I keep a specific column locked?

Hi @Shaz Begum , I am not following here. Could you restate? I don't know what you mean by "sheet". if you want to capture notes on the issue, you could do that in the comments or you could create a custom text field.

Also, @Shaz Begum  a screenshot of a "sheet" would help.  Maybe you mean the new List View (in Jira Cloud)?
