Jira shows a user inactive but crowd shows active

Hi, one of our user has this problem. Jira shows inactive but Crowd shows active. I did directory sync in Crowd and Jira directory sync for several times. But the Crowd directory sync failed with error PessimisticLockException: could not execute batch. User can login but cannot see any project. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi @Jason Liu 

Can you dig more into the crowd logs to find more details of the cause of the error?
