We are in the process of Operating model refresh and will be transitioning to Product Model approach. Has anyone configured their jira instance to support Product Model? Did you create one project for each product or 1 project for an entire portfolio and used Boards to separate the Products?

will love you to hear people's opinion/use cases and how they have leveraged Jira for their Product model.
