How can i set in jira software default due date to 2 days in new issues and when priority is set to highest due date should be 3 hours. I would also like to set an email notification when issue isn't resolved after 8 hours. Would be great to do this without any add-ons.
This is not possible without add-ons. You can add some javascript to the textField description to manage the due date logic. For email notifications you can create a suscription filter. see Recieving search results in email
