I'm looking for the way to convey the Jira solution implementation in a graphic way.

Like show how the projects, components, teams and boards are related.

Is there any Jira own instrument for this or shall I use external tools and diagrams?

You may want to look into some 3rd party plugins.  I believe the structure plugin may be able to assist you if you are looking for a table relationship view.

I'm looking for something different: to explain the relations between projects, boars, teams and sprints. 

We are used to completely different and more straightforward structure, so need to find a way to explain the approach.
