Jira source Data value mismatch PBI desktop vs workspace

After I publish my PBI report to the workspace, data values coming from Jira as a source change values at the point of refresh in the workspace side. there is data mismatch between the report in my local machine and the one in the workspace.

I am afraid your question is unclear to Jira users in general.  Could you explain what a "PBI report" is, and what you think a "workspace" is, in Jira-speak?
