Jira startup fails (postgres DB) using docker (cyclic plugin resource dependency has been detected)

Hi Team,

Getting the following error while accessing JIRA URL after successfully testing the database connection:

Also, getting the following WARNING in jira logs many a times:

Please provide any possible solution to fix this issue while doing the JIRA startup using DOCKER containers.
