Jira startup takes 30 minutes because of duplicate import package com.atlassian.webresource.api.data

Jira startup is stuck for 20+ minutes at this error.

[c.a.p.osgi.util.OsgiHeaderUtil] removing duplicate import package com.atlassian.webresource.api.data~ for plugin com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira - it is likely that a duplicate package was supplied in the OSGi instructions in the plugin's MANIFEST.MF

Does anyone have this issue?

Hi @ice color

Can you please try this:

1.- Stop Jira

2.- Delete the following folders from your jira instance

• Delete JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins
• Delete JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins 

3.- Restart Jira

This will delete your apps cache.

Same problem after clearing those two folders
