Jira suspended

Could someone help me with this problem, the Jira Software
is suspended for lack of updating the payment card. I already
updated the payment card but it is still suspended. And there is no warning email about the suspension.

Community members aren't going to be of much help to you here, you'll need to open a ticket with Atlassian directly for a billing issue.

You can submit a ticket on the help page found here:

or
https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portals

Check in the top right area for CONTACT - generally you'll get a fast answer, the CS team is great.
