Jira system status is all green but Tempo is not working

Tempo is not loading.

Additionally, the message about how one could solve it is not worthy of an enterprise product ... what developer am I supposed to contact?

"We're having trouble connecting to Tempo. Try contacting the developer for support."

In case this problem persists, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support system, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this problem.

The issue existed for some of the tickets only, but it has corrected itself since this morning.
