Jira templates issue

Hi

We have lost the ability to choose templates option in any of our projects. I checked our subscriptions and it looks like we are still paying for this service. Could you please let me know if there is any work around for this? It has just happened this morning.

Easy Templates for Jira is not a default feature in Jira, being it a plugin from the Marketplace.

I suggest you raise a support ticket with the Plugin provider at:
