Jira ticket Sync with Nineleaps ?

How can i Sync a Jira ticket with Nineleaps ? I'm not a coder / programmer so kindly elaborate your answer. I use Jira cloud. Thanks in advance

There are two things you will need to think about:

If you want data to go from Jira to Nineleaps, you would probably want to use triggers and post-functions to post data as things happen in Jira.  Without knowing what remote calls Nineleaps might have, we can't tell you a lot more than that.

In the opposite direction, you will need to code in Nineleaps so that it talks to Jira over the REST API - see https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/
