Hi,
When modifying the issue hierarchy, I deleted the user story and feature tickets from the hierarchy. Now, when I want to add them back, they no longer appear in the list :
It has messed up the entire parent / child configuration : all Task, Features and US tickets are only linkable to Epic tickets.
Has anyone every encountered this situation ? If yes, how did you resolve it ?
Hello @Nina Rachet,
Thank you for reaching out on the Atlassian Community.
Given the complexity of your situation, I would suggest that you create a new ticket with the Jira Cloud Technical Support team using the link below:

Hi @Nina Rachet ,
From my knowledge, if the issue types are missing from the Settings > Issue Types window, you first need to add them there. Then, go to the Issue Type Hierarchy and select them. Hope this helps!

Hi @Liana Boboescu _StonikByte_ , thanks for you feedback. I have found "hierarchy" but the problem is that I can't assign a feature as a parent of a user story. All issue type can only be linked to an Epic. It wasn't the cas before I deleted user story and features from the hierarchy. And now I can't add them back. It's broken.

Hello, Good day. From Settings >> Issues >> Issue types, do you still see the Features issues type ?

Also from the screenshot I see a warning in the bottom of issue hierarchy page. Could you copy and paste the warning message.

Hello Mohanraj, here is what I see in Issue type : Features seems to still be there
The warning message indicates that changes will be applied to all projects ("Les changements apportés à la configuration de la hiérarchie s'appliqueront à tous les projets gérés par l'entreprise.")

Thanks. This confirms that Issue hierarchy level of Features is '0' as well. Did you perform any re-name to issue types recently ?

No I haven't rename any issue type. I have added the description for features.
